As a sushi lover, I have been coming to Tokyo for years and usually dine at their I-10 location since it's a little bit bigger. I had a wonderful lunch experience at their Dowlen location this week. The recent renovations to add more sushi tables allows for a quicker time to be seated. Our server was attentive and friendly. The sushi was very well made, fresh, and tasted fantastic. We were in an out in under an hour! Pictured is the Shaggy Dog Roll, a must try!

This is my second time visiting. The first time was over 9 years ago on me and my husband's first date. (From Louisiana) This time, a friend of mine took me here. The food was so delicious. I had a seafood salad for an appetizer. [It is big enough to be a meal, though]. I had the Passion roll with soy paper and the Khamakazi roll with soy paper. The Passion roll was the best sushi roll I've ever had. WOW. All those flavors were having a party in my mouth. Then that splash of lemon at the end. AMAZING. I will definitely be back!! Hopefully, it won't take me another 9 years to return, though. ) We now live in Texas!!

After trying multiple sushi places, this still remains my favorite. Not sure what to try? The Tokyo Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll are amazing. Hibachi can get crowded on the weekends but you can see usually get seated at a table or the sushi bar fairly quickly as long as you don't have a large party.

The hibachi grill is great! Bring the whole family and enjoy the food show with hibachi chefs. The sushi is some of the best in our area.

Out of the two Tokyos in Beaumont , i stick to the Dowlen location . I have a couple of favorite chefs and always ask for Dak sauce . My Fav is sushi is the Diablo Maki , give it a try

Wonderful place - our go-to for sushi. We are from out of state and would go here every day if we could. This trip the waitress was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Food was wonderful as always. We ordered an assortment of sushi and tried the tempura combination for the first time. Delightful. Time to try dessert!

Brought my daughter here for her birthday other grab some lunch, the wait staff was pleasant and friendly. Our food came quick, but at the time we went, we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was delicious, as always, so no complaints there.

I love this restaurant! I crave it. I usually order the Kilauea Roll/ Poseidon Roll / Hell Hot Roll / California Roll... Occasionally I’ll get something from the grill. The fried rice and the veggies are so yummy!! The only thing I could complain about is the lettuce for the ginger dressing. I prefer more leafy green lettuce . I have been the unlucky one to get those big hard chunks from the base of the lettuce . But that ginger dressing is so good that I could just drink!
